Personnel Jim Piskula Prior to joining Badgerland Trading Company, Jim was Vice President of Sales, Manager and General Manager of the largest plumbing products sales representative agency in Wisconsin for the last twenty years. He has over thirty years of inside and outside sales experience as sales representative. Experienced in directing, coordinating and supervising sales activities of the region. Specialized in analyzing customer needs, developing new accounts and promotions development of products. Owner of a manufacturing plant for over twenty years, developed a complete line of plumbing products and obtained five patents on plumbing related products. Attended Marquette University in Milwaukee. Holds Wisconsin Master Plumber License and Wisconsin Designer License. Active in many trade related organizations. Experienced at maintaining existing accounts and generating new business for given territory. Uses extensive product knowledge to quote and follow large-scale projects. Skilled at giving presentations to small and large audiences. Spent four years working at a major plumbing distributor. Accomplished in customer service, inside sales and material purchasing.
